  Pizza was good but the service was horrible. There are several young kids who don't show any customer service. It seemed like we were a bother to them when we came in to buy their pizza buffet. Not a good experience and it isn't the first time at this location. It seems like a change is staff is needed.

  Great Pizza. The website ordering could use some work. My biggest problem is that adding a tip won't work. It always zeros out. When I ordered by phone and explained this I got "that's corporate". It should still be fixed.
  Last time I ordered they lost the order. I had to call. Ended up getting my pizza 2 hours after ordering without an apology.

  Complete disrespect from a delivery driver in a white Toyota pickup. We had just left the funeral home on the way to the cemetery when this young man cuts off several vehicles in the procession. All vehicles had the flashers on as well as a police escort. He ended up smack dab in the middle of all the cars with his bright red Mr. Jims pizza sign on the top of his truck. I contacted the store to speak with the manager to make him aware of the situation. The manager himself was very rude and had zero sympathy of what was going on. If you want terrible customer service and people with no respect, this is your place. For me, I'll continue taking my business to Papa John's.

  We came in for the pizza buffet at 11:15 they open at 11. An employee said it would be 15 minutes. So we waited for nearly 45 minites with no food. They watched us leave and did not say anything. I do not recommend this place to anyone. No customer service skills at all. I will not be back!
